We would like to welcome all our guests to our holiday property. We live locally and are available should you require any assistance during your holiday. The property sleeps 6. Cot and high chair included in price. It comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a fully equiped kitchen and a loung/dining room. All the accommodation is on one level. Outside you will find an enclosed garden with an 8 x 4 metres swimming pool, shaded sitting out areas, bbq and car parking area.
The villa lies in a peaceful area of Chiclana called Pago Melilla and is a short drive to the beautiful La Barrosa beach (one of the finest in Spain). Close by you will also find a good slection of bars and restaurants, a bank, cash machines, supermarket, shops and a private medical centre.
The beach can be reached by a 20 minute walk through the protected pine forest.

The villa consists of three twin bedrooms that sleep six. For your comfort insect blinds are fitted to all windows. All bedrooms have a ceiling fan. A cot and highchair are also available on request for one baby at no extra cost. Two bathrooms (one is ensuite) each consists of a toilet, bidet, wash-hand basin, bath with shower over.
Lounge/dining room with two sofas, extending dining table, a TV with satellite system, a CD player (please bring your own CD´s) and a small selection of paperbacks and games. The kitchen is fully equiped with oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes airer and small breakfast bar for two.
All rooms are fitted with smoke detectors.
There is also a safe included in the price.
To the rear of the property you will find the 8 x 4 metres swimming pool for your private use. It has roman steps in the shallow end and a metal ladder in the deep end, complete with light for anyone wishing to take a midnight plunge. The pool is not fenced and so children must be supervised at all times. The pool area is surrounded by grass and is equiped with sun-lounges, perfect for enjoying the sun.
To the rear of the property is a covered eating area ideal for eating al fresco. There is a further shaded area to the front of the property for if the andalucia sun gets too much. There is also a bbq area. To the front of the property is a car parking area and a further gravelled area with a selection of plants.
The garden is secure and private and is also equiped with outdoor lights to enable you to enjoy the warm evenings.

Local activities in and around Chiclana De La Frontera, Costa de la Luz - Cadiz
For the golf enthusiast there is the Novo Sancti Petri Golf Club, which has two 18-hole courses and was designed by Seve Ballesteros and is a 2-minute drive from Casa Carolina. There are also several other top class golf courses within 45-minutes drive from the property.
It is also two to three minutes drive from the beautiful La Barrosa beach which with its clean sand streches 8 km along the Atlantic Ocean. It has two sections, one developed (offering numerous services) and the other natural. You can also find several secluded coves in the area.
Joining La Barrosa is the Sancti Petri beach, which is 2 km long. Here you will find water sports for all the family, from wind surfing and jet ski hire as well as lessons to get you started. In the peak season you can take boat trips to surrounding areas of interest. Take a stroll around the marina and admire the boats or enjoy a meal or drink in one of the bars.
A ten minute drive from the property will take you into Chiclana town center a busy working town with a large selection of shops, plus all the usual ammenities you would expect to find e.g. sports centres, cinema, theatre, restaurants and bars.
Take a trip to Cadiz which lays claim to being the oldest city in Europe. Hercules as legend claims was its founder, although history credits the Phoenicians with establishing the town in 1100BC. Enjoy a drink or meal in one of the many open air cafes. The town also boasts a beautiful beach. Cadiz is also renowned for the wildest fiesta in Spain during the month of February. Cadiz is situated 25 minutes drive from Casa Carolina.

Rental Notes: We the owners live a short distance away so are always available should you need any assistance during your holiday.
