Spacious master bedroom, roomy twin and also a double sofabed in the big living room downstairs, plus a separate cot, of course! The main bath upstairs holds a shower separate from the bath, and there is a separate toilet downstairs also.
Spacious gardens overlooking sea + ferry boats. Plenty of garden furniture; a mobile grill & table; kites & sand/beach toys available for guests' use. Extra beach towels supplied during summer months.

Seabreeze is near Carrickfergus Castle, Glens of Antrim and Causeway Coast.

Rental Notes: Weekly rental Saturday to Saturday, arrival from 4pm, depart by 11am, or other dates and times by specific prior arrangement.
Price includes all linens and towels, heating oil, gas for open fire, all taxes, the first 100 units of electricty/week and our 'Seabreeze Welcome Pack'.
Our 'Welcome Pack' includes tea and coffee, fresh bread and butter, jam, sugar and milk, serial, eggs and juice for the first breakfast - and of course fresh fruit and a little 'surprise' in the fridge.
Our bedrooms are stocked with basic toileries, slippers and dressing gowns for guests' use.
We provide CDs, videos and DVDs as well as games, maps, guide books and up-to-date tourist information.
Seabreeze holds a telephone, calls charged separately.
A 'Good Housekeeping' Deposit of £100 is charged on arrival; please bring a cheque book.
Provided the cottage is left tidy and base clean, the final cleaning is included in the rental price.
