This is a 2 bedroomed, first floor, apartment situated in a small development, just outside of Morzine. It benefits from being in a very quiet area, with direct access to the wooded slopes, while having a skilift only a few yards away. There is also a local bar / restaurant alongside the ski lift.
Form this quiet location, access to the centre of Morine is simple. It is about a 20 minute walk, although the free shuttle bus stops right outside the door. There are also plenty of Taxi's in the village.
The apartment is comfortable for 4 people, with plenty of storage space. The main door leads to an entrance hall with access to the shower room, toilet, double bedroom and lounge / dining area. The second bedroom is off the lounge area, with a sofa which converts into 2 single beds. This room could be used as additional living area during the day for larger parties. The living area has a kitchen area with oven, hob and fridge/freezer. The dining table/ chairs seat six. There is also a sofa which again converts into 2 single beds.
From the living area wthere is also access to the sunny, SW facing balcony, which has lovely views across the valley to the wooded slopes.
The apartment also has a ski locker and double garage available for use. The surroundings are cleared of snow, and the area is accessable without snow chains in all but exceptional circumstances.
