Set on the outskirts of a gorgeous Provence village, Chez Delbart boasts 3 double bedrooms (1 en suite) and sleeps six, with spacious grounds, 7m x 4m pool, terraces, outdoor dining, etc. Fully equipped.
(The sofa in the living room tunrs into a sofa bed and so could sleep an additional two people, ideally children, so actually the house can accomodate 8 people at a squeeze.)
Chez Delbart is located in the quiet but lively village of Flayosc. Flayosc is a beautiful, small, medieval village dating back to the eleventh century.
The house has a living room with large stone fireplace. A kitchen (fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc) with dining area. Shower room and WC. (Includes washing machine and tumble dryer.) There are three double bedrooms; one is en suite and annexed to the house. The house is tiled throughout with Provençal tiles. There is a large terrace to the rear with dining area overlooking the gardens and pool. The house has a DVD/CD player. A barbecue and various tables, chairs are provided for lazy outside dining!
The nearest major airport is Nice Côte d' Azur. Flayosc is less than 100km west of Nice; less than 1 hour's drive along the A8 autoroute past Antibes and Cannes. You can also fly into Marseille Provençe airport which is nearby.
The coast, beaches, and St Tropez are a short 40 minute drive away. The nearby (13km) village of Les Arcs has a railway station with frequent services to Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Toulon, and Marseille. It also hosts a TGV stop with express services north to Paris. Chez Delbart is a short 20 minute walk along a quiet road from the village center. There are several excellent restaurants, bars, cafés, boulangeries, patisseries, etc., in the village.

There are many other nearby villages to visit, all with something of interest. The Gorges du Verdon and Lake St Croix which offer swimming or walking in breathtaking scenery are only 40 minutes away. The Mediterranean and sandy beaches are also about 40 minutes to the south at Frejus and it's just a little further to St Tropez. The region has many interesting chateaux, abbeys, wine domains, art exhibitions and frequent local markets. There are 15 challenging golf courses all within one hour's drive.
The main autoroute, the A8, is only 20 minutes away so Nice, Cannes, Aix en Provence and Marseille are all within about an hour's drive. Italy is an easy day's outing and so are the picturesque islands just off the coast from Le Lavandou. or Hyeres. Local Activities: cycling, fishing, horse riding, mountain biking, swimming, tennis, walking.
