There is a spacious dining area, again with French doors this time to the rear patio & terraced garden. Also on the ground floor is the oak fitted kitchen, one double bedroom, one twin bedded room a bathroom and separate WC. Upstairs there are two further twin bedded rooms, a vast double with queen sized bed and an additional bathroom and WC. The landscaped gardens are delightful and there is ample garden furniture and a BBQ. The large rear patio area is gated and safe for children. The nearest beach at Plaidy is less than ten minutes walk away and the town of Looe with its' huge sandy beach can be reached via the coastal footpath in about twenty minutes or by car in five minutes. This superb holiday home with its quality furnishings and wonderful situation provides a perfect base for a memorable Cornish holiday.
