Built in 2000, this unique, typically Mallorcan style detached house with exposed beams and open log fireplace, is set in an idyllic, elevated location, with spectacular sea and mountain views, yet is within walking distance of the centre of Deia. The village of Deia is unique with a natural beauty and charm unchanged by time. Surrounded by olive and citrus groves, the area has attracted artists and romantics for many years.

The accommodation has been beautifully furnished to a very high standard, comprising open plan lounge dining room with satellite sky tv, and wireless internet connection, cloakroom, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, separate utility with Miele washing machine and dryer.
The air-conditioned master suite occupies the entire top floor with super king four poster bed, en-suite dressing area, luxury bathroom and private patio. There are two further air-conditioned bedrooms, a double and a twin, they share the second bathroom.
Outside there are many sea view patio areas furnished for al fresco and BBQ dining. Steps lead up to the heated swimming pool with stunning sea and mountain views, surrounded by flowerbeds and sun bathing areas with 6 sun loungers. The perfect place to relax and unwind!
There are many first class restaurants and bars to choose from including 'El Olivo' at the famous La Residencia Hotel in the centre of the village. Cala Deia is a small unspoilt cove about 5 minutes drive from the house. Here you can swim in crystal clear water, and eat in the rustic fish restaurant perched on the cliff overlooking the bay, perfect for a relaxed lunch. Deia is a self contained world once there you feel little inclination to leave.

The enchanting village of Deia is well known for its fantastic selection of superb restaurants. It is one of those places that the visitor never forgets, the colours, the smells, the sights and the sounds; truly a precious jewel on the north west coast of Mallorca. The area around Deia is ideal for walkers, hikers and cyclists with fantastic sea and mountain scenery. The village of Valldemossa is 10 km south of Deia, whilst Soller with its quaint tram running through the town down to the port, is 10 km to the north. Here there is a sandy beach and the town square has many shops, bars and restaurants where you can watch the world go by. There is also a train from here to Palma.

Rental Notes: The Rates shown are per week for up to 4 people. Please add £100 per week for each additional person. (maximum occupancy of 6 people). Minimum rental period one week. Rental is from Saturday 3.00 pm. to Saturday 10.00am.To confirm the booking we require 25% of the total cost of the holiday, together with a signed booking form. We will hold a reservation for 3 days, after which if the deposit has not been received we will assume cancellation of the request. The balance payment must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Cleaning is once a week on Saturday with change of linen and towels. Extra cleaning can be arranged and paid for locally.
