It is a 15 minute walk through the park to the sea front and town. There is easy access to local busses and trains approximately 0.5 miles away.
The accomodation consists of a superb 34 feet combined kitchen, living and dining room with a south facing balcony overlooking the sea and Teignmouth harbour. The kitchen has all modern appliances including fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The lounge is furnished to a high standard and includes a TV / Video, a DVD player and a CD / Radio. There are two 3 seeter settees, one of which converts into a double bed. The master bedroom has a double bed and and en-suitr shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds. The family bathroom has a bath with showeer over. There is an elevator to all floors and there is wheelchair access to the apartment.
Guests will have use of the communal hydo-pool, jacuzzi, sauna and small fitness room. There is an allocated car parking space.
