Puerto Rico is situated in the South of Gran Canaria sheltered from the prevailing winds. No mosquitoes, hurricane, tornadoes, just sunshine 50 weeks of the year. The best climate in the world so why go long haul when it is all right here just 4 hours flight from Great Britain.
Our property is on a small friendly complex with relaxing pool. These fully equipped apartments are situated on the lower level of Puerto Rico between the beach and the centre just a five minute stroll to most local amenities beach, marinas & centre, where you will find many bars, good restaurants and discos. Convenient for local buses and a handy supermarket close by.
Our apartments will sleep 2 - 3 adults or 2adults 2 small children. One bedroom with twin bed and fitted wardrobe. All beding is supplied. In the living area you will find TV, radio and cd/dvd player and book libraryand sofabed.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, toaster, iron/board, pots, pans, cutlery, glassware. Everything required in a self catering holiday apartment, A seperate fully fitted bathroom with shower and towels are supplied.
The furnished balcony overlooks the swimming pool which is never overcrowded as on many commercial complexes, here you will find sunloungers to relax on.
The apartment is on a small friendly complex with relaxing pool. Situated on the lower level of the valley of Puerto Rico, saving on taxi fares no transport required for this location, in a quiet but convenient location our visitors return year after year, no noise from the centre to spoil a good night sleep. There is also a handy supermarket and public transport close by. These apartments normally get booked quickly.
As we have more than one apartment we can accommodate groupd. We dont cater for groupd of under 25s but we do cater for couples all ages.

Local activities in and around Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria
Puerto Rico is the only resort here in Gran Canaria with two lovely marinas where you will find an abundance of water sports sailing trips dolphin search, sport fishing, pedaloes, snorkelling, diving, paragliding, jetskis and many more attractions. Beautiful golden beaches where you can just relax.
There are excursions to Soux city, mountain safaris, water parks and many more. Gran Canaria is for all ages young and the mature holidaymaker.
There are an abundance of restaurants to suit all tastes and nationalities at very reasonable prices and bars with live entertainment, quizzes and karaoke, also disco and nightclubs all competing in prices so you get a really good deal.
The shops are a shoppers paradise with shops selling duty free perfumes, tobbacco, gifts and alchol at remarkable low prices. There are weekly marketa at Arguineguin a small fishing villiage, Maspalomas and Mogan.
Come out of the airport following signs for Sur this takes you onto the GC1 follow this all the way to Puerto Rico.

Rental Notes: We are a family concern and cater for our own visitors no managers have access to any of our properties. We will look after you personally and we are on 24hr callout should you require our assistance. Change over days are Monday to Monday although other days may be available on request please contact us. We can arrange transfer from and to the airport if required at competitive prices.
