  With a bathroom for every one of the five bedrooms this can genuinely be called an extremely well appointed house. All the rooms are comfortably furnished with the majority having fine views to the sea and valley. The garden situated to the sea side of the house is ideal for youngsters and the patio with barbecue will be a joy for all.
For those "stay at home days" there is an excellent TV/video/DVD system with full SKY package (all transmitted around the house including the televisions in each bedroom) plus games to play for all ages. Broadband Internet access is also available.

Millendreath beach is right on the doorstep and, although privately owned, it is normally open to the public. The ancient old port of Looe is only 2.5 miles away with its pubs, shops, restaurants, harbour and beach. Boat trips, fishing, tennis, bowls, golf etc. all nearby.

The Eden Project & Plymouth are about a forty minute drive with Truro & the north coast (Padstow etc.) about an hour away.
