With great weather, a chain of unspoilt blue flag beaches, a Marina, little bars and restaurants, it makes a great, family holiday. Alicante Airport is a 40 min drive away, and Murcia Airport is 10/15 mins drive.

In the high season, you will find volleyball, water sports etc, on the beach which is a 10 min walk away. Angling, Quad Bikes, Diving, Golf. Plus family entertainment, quiet bars, Restaurants, etc.
This is very much a Spanish / English Village, with a great community feeling,and the people are very friendly.

Shopping centres, can be found in San pedro (Dos Mares) and Torrevieja (Habaneras)
The Small Spanish towns of San Pedro and Pilar De La Horadada are a few mins away with their local shops,Weekly Markets, Mud Baths etc.
Busier night life can be found in Cabo Roig.
The lovely cities of Alicante, Murcia and Cartegena are a short drive away.

In Torrevieja there is a water park.
Terra Mitica Theme Park, is approx 80 mins drive North ( A must for the Kids & adults !!) Mundomar with the Dolphins and Sea Lions, Nature Park & Much more...

Rental Notes: *The house will be spotlessly clean on your arrival, including all bed linen, towels. (Not beach/pool).
*A cleaning charge at the end of stay is payable by you. 60Euro (apporx £40) A cleaning service can be provided during stay at an additional cost.
*We ask that all guests respect the No Smoking policy inside this property.
*A £100 non refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings, and the total balance to be paid 6 weeks, before your holiday date.
*A key / Breakages deposit of £100 will be held by the owners, and will be sent to you by return of post.
*Air-conditioning (hot/cold) is available, 50 Euro per week.(payable locally)
*Cot & Pushchair is available please ask owners for further information. (Small charge).
*Car hire is recommended to fully appreciate this lovely area.
