The master bedroom has twin beds that can be linked if required to form a double and fitted wardrobes, the second bedroom having twin beds and fitted wardrobes, with a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment has sufficient seating, crockery, etc, to suit a maximum occupancy of 6. All linen and bathroom towels are provided.
This new apartment is fully furnished with new modern furniture, a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances. It is fully equipped with hot & cold air-conditioning, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and microwave. The accommodation also benefits from quality furnishings including leather sofas, widescreen Satellite TV, DVD player, ironing facilities and a hairdryer.
15 - 20mins walking distance to the Port and beaches, this is a luxury apartment very close to local restaurants, bars, buses, shops and local amenities.
The facilities includes two swimming pools (the smaller one being heated) and a shallow paddling pool, all surrounded by pleasant tiered gardens with ample grassed area for sunbathing and relaxing.
There is a supermarket and chemist within 20 metres of the complex. Buses stop regularly bringing all the surrounding areas, including the airport, within reach via the main bus station in Marbella. For those holiday makers not wishing to drive, this is ideal.
