El Palmito villa is located over the sea rocks, under the Hotel Salobreña, from where it is accessed down a 1 km. road. It is built on different levels on a wonderful slanted tropical garden. Dolphins are regularly seen and one can hear the waves breaking on the rocks blow. The swimming pool is kept filled all year round, allowing it to be used in every season, should you wish, due to the average temperatures (18ºC in winter and 25ºC in summer).

El Palmito is ideal for relaxing and visiting the towns and villages in the area. It is built on a large plot of around 2.500 square metres with a tropical garden.
There is a track in front of the villa which plays host to horses from the Hotel Salobreña and the odd person who knows there is a small rocky beach at the end, so as you can see from the photos, the villa is very private and counts with panoramic views from every corner. From the covered gravel parking area at the entrance gate, steps lead down to the main entrance and upper terrace. Further steps lead down to the lower terrace with the private pool (8m x 4m). The whole house is lovingly cared for by the owners. The sitting room has sliding doors onto the upper terrace. There are 2 twin bedrooms. The large one has a complete wall of fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. The smaller one has a separate shower room. A car is essential with this property.
