Villa Rochelle was completed & furnished in August 2004. It is situated at the base of Montana Roja in the stylish new development known as “La Goleta” part of Faro Park, in the Pechiguera lighthouse area of Playa Blanca (The southern most tip of Lanzarote). As the pictures illustrate, the Villa is furnished to the very highest standards and is now available for holiday lets.

We have fittted a Hot Tub (sunk behind the King Sized BBQ) and have Broadband WIFI Connection (both optional extras)
The Bedrooms come complete with spacious, fully fitted wardrobes, top of the range wrought iron beds, matching tables / console and mirrors. A games cabinet with over 50 games to keep the children occupied when you’re lazing around the Villa.The French doors (with vertical blinds) from the Master Bedroom, lead to the Patio and Private Pool, situated at the rear of the property (also visible from the window in Bedroom 2).
The Kitchen (with breakfast bar to lounge) has extensive work surfaces and cupboards, full length Fridge Freezer, Cooker/hob, Microwave and Dishwasher. A Washing Machine, Iron & Ironing Board are located in an adjacent utility (solano) area.
The spacious lounge (right) has a high domed ceiling to keep it cool in the heat of the day and comes complete with a brown chestnut leather suite (converts to double bed), leather coffee table, Sky TV (with FULL package) and DVD, complete with a family pack of 50 DVD Films and Broadband WIFI.
Large French Doors (from the Lounge), lead to the Pool and extended patio. The al-fresco dining area (left) can be accessed from the patio (or kitchen). This has a large built in marble table for al-fresco dining to take advantage of the all year round climate. The Pool has underwater lighting for evening swimming and is heated for part of the year. We have also added a hot-tub (sunk behind king sized BBQ). Outside furniture includes Parasols, tables, chairs, King-Sized built-in BBQ and comfortable Sunloungers (complete with individual drinks trays) and a Matchplay table tennis table complete the poolside 'furniture' and we’ve even provided a portable Radio & CD player (with CDs) for your use. The patio has a 1.8 metre wall erected across the entire rear of the plot and we have erected a wooden fence on top of the low level volcanic wall in the garden area - These provide privacy when bathing, additional security and together with lockable gates, stops the little ones from wandering off.
