Attractive townhouse situated in the Spanish Town of San Javier on the Mar Menor in the Murcia Region. The property has a large patio area at the front and a roof terrace so you can relax and enjoy the warm summer days and evenings. If you want to cool down there is a shared private pool 100 yards away.
There's no shortage of places to eat and drink in this area. The town is a 2 minute walk away where you can find shops, cafes, tapas bars, banks and medical centre. A number of beaches are close by, Santiago de la Ribera beach is a 5 minutes drive by car or local bus. San Pedro del Pinatar which is famous for its mud baths in the salt flat area. It is said to heal skin complaints and rheumatism and is free to use. Los Narejos and Los Alcazares are recommended. If you enjoy golf there are 5 courses in the area. A short drive will take you to La Manga, Torre Pacheco, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. Murcia Airport is a 5 minutes drive away from the property.
The property comprises of 2 Bedrooms both fully furnished. The one has a double bed the other has two singles. They both have fitted wardrobes with ample space for clothing. Each room is air-conditioned and also acts as heating in the winter months. The master bedroom has its own patio window and balcony area to relax on. The house has two fully equiped bathrooms. The ground floor comprises of a lounge with a double sofa bed, dinning room table and chairs, Sky TV and DVD & radio. The lounge leads onto the kitchen which is fully equiped and has all the necessary utensils. There is also a washing machine situated in the utility area with a washing line. The second bathroom is situated on the ground floor.
The house has a large patio at the front equiped with garden furniture and plants. There is also a roof terrace complete with garden furniture for those wanting to take in the sunshine in privacy. To cool off the pool is situated at the rear of the property.

Plenty of tapas bars with very reasonable prices. At least 4 local supermarkets open until 10 o'clock most nights. 5 minute walk to the local football club San Javier - Mar Menor. There is a driving range close to the property. Roda golf resort 2 minutes, La Manga golf course is a 20 minute drive away. Other courses include Torre-Pacheco 8 minutes, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor courses are approx 15 minutes by car. There is a large commercial centre situated in the town and another one has just opened a short walk from the property. It has a Supermarket, Spanish, English and Chinese Restaurants cafe bars and many shops.
Rental Notes: Special rates for bookings of more than 8 days are available upon enquiry. Smokers are not allowed to smoke inside the property, but are welcome to on the terraces or the patio areas. The price includes a fee for the maid to clean the property upon vacation from it. Beach towels or towels within the property are not supplied for use on the beach. No vacation times stated unless there is a firm booking for the change over day, in which case the people renting will be informed of this prior to booking. Payment to be made in euros upon arrival to the key holder.
