Situated 2.5km west of glamorous Puerto Banus. designer shops, restaurants, nightlife, expensive yachts all at the Port.
Walking distance to a beautiful beach adorned by promenade with restaurants/cafes. Also within walking distance is the town of San Pedro. Offering every amenity from supermarkets, chemists, restaurants cafe bars.

The villa is beautifully presented, furnished to a very high standard to meet the needs of a luxury holiday. In the lounge you will find a 42" Plasma television, leather sofas, swags and tails adorning the windows, marble dinning table which seats eight people.
There are 5 bedrooms consisting of 1 double bedroom with kingsize bed, en suite, next to the lounge; ideal for the older guest, or children. Luxury Master Bedroom with King Sized French Bed, large dressing room, en suite with bath and shower facility.
2 Twin bedrooms which share their own large bathroom. 5th Bedroom located lower level of villa with shower room and bath facilities.
Outside the villa is a Private Heated Pool in a secluded well maintained garden. The pool is regularly maintained and cleaned twice a week.
The famous Puerto Banus, Marbella and Gibratar are all within close proximity. It is also possible to visit Morocco in North Africa for day trips and experience a total different culture.
Fantastic night life, authentic spanish villages, 1st class golf courses,entertainment to suit all ages, Marbella offers all of the above.
Bora Bora beach is 5 minute walking distance, here you will find a beautiful recently constructed promenade adorned by palm trees and exotic planting. Restaurants line the beach providing everything from a cup of coffee to a la carte evening meal. Water sports, sun beds and umbrellas are available for hire for a relaxing day at the beach.
Selwo Wildlife Park 10 minutes drive, Puerto Banus, 3kms see how the other half live!. Gibraltar 45 minutes drive. The historic Spainish town of Ronda, 30 minutes drive. Recently opened Picasso Museam 30 minutes drive. A day trip to Morocco or Tangiers is booked locally or book ferry and drive yourself.

"For Golf Lovers": The villa has 18 Golf Courses are all within close proximity. Los Flamingos is one of many World Class Courses. Puerto Banus renowned for its glamour is 3km away. Around the harbour are restaurants, pubs, entertainment to suit everyone needs. Famous Designer Stores are on offer for the shopper’s amongst you.
Marbella Town is approx 10 minutes, Well worth a visit is the famous Orange Square relax and take in the atmosphere with a cool drink soaking up the Spanish sunshine. Gibraltar is 45 minutes, see the Barbary Apes and step into little England. Ronda known historically for its bullring and ancient towns provides wonderful views over the viaduct. Approx 30 minutes driving time.
There are day trips to Morocco and Tangiers the choice is yours, travel independently or arrange a day trip in the town of San Pedro. The quaint town of San Pedro is also approximately 5 minutes walk, obtaining its Spanish feel, the town offers every facility, large supermarkets, local cafes, lovely restaurants, once a week they is an open market where many bargains may be found. There is a beautiful square where the Spanish gather to discuss the issues of the day.
