The property consists of the Castle with living room, 4 bedrooms (description please see below), 2 bathrooms and kitchen and 3 terrasses. Next to the pool there is another small kitchen and bathroom. The property has its own, illuminated tennis court, which can be converted to a basket or volley ball field. In addition there is a beach volley installation.

Castel Saba is close to several Golf Clubs: La Finca Golf Club, the newest and challenging Championship Golf Course in the area and the courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor are all within 20 minutes drive. The worldfamous La Manga complex is less than an hour away. Torre de la Horadada, Mil Palmeras and El Mojon are the closest beaches, ideal for families with kids (10Min's drive). At Lo Pagan (15Min) you can enjoy the warm waters of Mar Menor (Huge Salt Water Lagoon), which temperatures allow you to take a swim already in March! Mar Menor is also ideal for Windsurfing and Sailing. Also close to Lo Pagan you will find Nature reserves with some beautiful secluded and deserted beaches nowadays hard to find in Spain! The nearby towns of Pilar de la Horadada (5Min), San Pedro del Pinatar (10Min)and Torrevieja (30Min) offer all kind amneties, shopping and lots of fun. Rental Notes: There are 2 spare beds available for an additional 2 guests. Weekly change of bed linen can be arranged.
In high season, weekly rentals start on Saturday after 4PM and end again on Saturday at 10.00AM. There is a Euro 100 cleaning charge to be paid together with the rental. 30% of rent is due at time of signature of the contract, reminder 1 month in advance.
