Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula, an area of outstanding natural beauty in North Wales with wonderful views of Cardigan Bay and Snowdonia beyond.
Abersoch's town beach with its fine sand and shallow water is only a 2 minute walk from the village centre. The adjoining coast, designated as a Outstanding Beauty and Environmentally Sensitive Area, contains a total of 19 beaches, 3 with European Blue Flag status.
Abersoch has a huge variety of places to eat including Italian, Mexican & Indian restaurants, bistros, bars, fish and chips and a tea shop. The village has 4 pubs - the Vaynol Arms, St. Tudwal's Inn, The Front Door at The Riverside Hotel and The Brig at the Harbour Hotel. The Sun Inn at Llanengan, renowned for bar food, is a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute stroll from Abersoch.
Abersoch also has a variety of craft, gift, clothing and sports shops in addition to two well stocked supermarkets.
Take a boat trip round the St.Tudwal's Islands to view the seals and wildlife or take a fishing trip from the village.
Watersports include everything from motorboats, hovercrafts and yachts through to jet-skis and water skiing. We have space to store a boat and there are several beaches from which boats can be launched.
