The self-catering villa is 500m above sea level, surrounded by pine forests, with stunning views over a plateau and the mountains and enjoys cooling breezes even in mid-summer. Uzumlu village is under 2km away with shops, restaurants and bars and a short drive takes you to beaches at Calis, Olu Deniz, Patara and to Fethiye Town.
This lovely villa on 4 floors has all you could want. The 3 living rooms all access the veranda with BBQ and illuminated pool. The 5 bedrooms on the upper two floors have sun terraces, there are en-suite and family bathrooms and all rooms are air-conditioned. There is also a 60m2 Games/Fitness Room with cross-trainer, weights, punchbag, darts and table tennis.
From the entrance hall an archway leads to a fully equipped kitchen with oven/hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine etc. Another archway leads into the lounge with a feature wood-burning fireplace and a further archway accesses the separate dining room with seating for ten.
Also on this floor there is a separate lounge themed in an 'Ottoman' style and a toilet/shower room. All ground floor rooms have access to the outside veranda with an al-fresco dining area, BBQ and illuminated private pool. Downstairs is the fully equipped Games Room with toilet/shower and bar area.
The first floor includes a master double bedroom with large en-suite, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a large family bathroom. All these bedrooms have private sun terraces with stunning views.
The second floor has a large family bedroom with a hidden sun terrace, a twin bedroom and a toilet/shower room. All rooms have air-conditioning and are equipped with stylish handmade furniture, all the double bedrooms have king size beds.
The bustling port city of Fethiye is only 17kms away and can be reached by the regular Dolmus minibuses, or if you hire a car the roads are excellent and the driving is easy. The world famous resort of Olu Deniz with its sandy beaches and sheltered lagoon is a short distance from Fethiye as is nearby Hisaronu with its lively night-life, clubs and restaurants. Calis Beach is a 20 minute drive from the villa.
Slightly further away are the ancient ruins and the unspoilt 20km beach of Patara and also Saklikent Gorge famous for white water rafting. The hilltop Roman city of Cadianda is 20mins from the villa.

Locally the attractions are endless. By the sea there is paragliding, micro-lites, wind-surfing, sailing, swimming, diving, water-skiing. While inland there is walking, cycling, mountain biking, quad biking, horse riding and visiting numerous archaeological sites from the Roman and Lycian times. If you wish to try out Yoga lessons then our agent can arrange this for you.
Active Games and Fitness Room
A 600 sq ft basement area includes active games and fitness equipment including table tennis, darts, punch bag, weights and a cross-trainer. The area has a shower room and bar area - ideal for the more energetic members of your party!
International Air Games at Olu Deniz in Late October
An event worth seeing at which there are para-gliders, micro-lites, hot air balloons and anything that flies. The Turkish air force also do an aerobatic display and fly past.
Water Sports Specialist Tuition
As part of our ongoing efforts to make your holiday a memorable occasion we offer short courses and bespoke packages in kite-surfing, wind-surfing, sailing instruction and scuba diving. All courses are available locally from 2-5 days, are run by experienced instructors and are offered at very competitive rates. Participants are collected and returned to the villa at the end of each day and qualifications are provided on completion of a course. A great idea for the more adventurous, and an excellent way to experience more of the surrounding areas and combine relaxation with adrenalin fuelled activities.

Rental Notes: Rental rates are for the whole villa for 1 week for up to 12 people. Book 6 months ahead and the rates are reduced by 10%. Groups of 6 or less can stay for 2 weeks in the Mid/Low/Off seasons for a 15% discount. There are no additional costs and longer stay discounts are available.
A free Welcome Pack is supplied together with a full weekly cleaning service including changing bed linen and towels, this frequency can be increased for a small charge. The pool is cleaned daily and the gardens maintained regularly by our groundsman.
Return transfers to Dalaman airport for up to 12 by car or minibus for a charge of ~£85 and ~£130 and car & minibus hire is available at ~£140 & ~£336 per week.
Payment is by a 25% deposit with the Booking Form and the balance is then paid 4 weeks before arrival together with a returnable £150 damage deposit.
Our English speaking agent will contact you at the villa and he can arrange tours and help you with any medical or other needs.
