Primrose Cottage is located in the upper part of Boscastle just behind the old 'High Street' and close to Paradise! It is near the characterful 16thc Napoleon Inn and the stylish Bottreaux Restaurant. It is an easy walk across to the coast path or down Fore Street, with its pretty cottages, to the harbour area. The cottage was refurbished last year and is comfortably furnished. It is light and airy and ideally suited to family holidays, or couples visiting out of season to enjoy the spectacular land and seascapes.
Primrose Cottage sleeps 4/5 in a double bedroom with lovely views over to Forrabury and the cliffs, a twin room, a single bedroom downstairs and brand new bathroom. The living room is light and airy with views over the village. There is a 28" TV, DVD player, video player, videos, books and boardgames. Next door is a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with dining table. The kitchen leads out to the private parking space. The front door beyond the living room leads to the garden which is laid to lawn. Garden furniture is provided. Overall the cottage is light, airy and comfortably furnished.

There are many pretty country and coastal walks within easy access of the cottage. the nearest surfing/family beach is at Trebarwith Strand, just 12 minutes' drive away. Slightly further afield is Widemouth Bay towards Bude (to the north) and Polzeath Beach to the south. Pony trekking is available very close to the village. Boscastle offers a variety of dining/drinking possibilities at the Napoleoon and Bottreaux in the upper part of the village, the Wellington and the Cobweb in the harbour area. There is occasional live music at the Nappy and singsongs at the Welly! There are a number of NT properties within easy driving distance. The Eden Project and the lost gardens of Heligan are approximately 50 mins' away.

Rental Notes: Changeover day at Primrose Cottage is a Saturday during the high season. Our caretaker is available at all times should you have any queries about the cottage. Guests may arrive from 4.00pm and leave the property by 10.30am on departure day. Pets are welcome by arrangement and at an extra charge of £20 per pet per week. Linen/towels are available at £8 per person. There is a charge for heating/electricity. This will vary according to low/mid or high season. We can provide a travel cot, high chair, toddler's chair. We can also offer a Basic Provisions Pack and Luxury Pack for romantic weekends. We can supply freshly cooked frozen dinners privded by a local catering company.
