Situated in a pine tree lane this large villa offers privacy and security especially for children. The garden is south facing and has a large lawned area and a swimming pool wth lights and a shower. The villa has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 11 people with one room designed for children with bunk beds + a pull out bed and a travel cot. Only a 5 minute drive to the 8km beach, a blue flag beach which is ideal and safe for children and 7 minutes to 4 golf courses. Chiclana town is 5 minutes drive and Cadiz approx 20 mins. A Farmacia is 2 minutes away & super market 3 minutes drive also an excellent Medical Centre is 5 minutes drive. Nearest Airports Jerez 35 minutes drive, Seville 1hr 15 mins drive and Gibraltar 1 hr drive. A forth option is to fly into Malaga and it is less than 2 hours away from the villa..
The villa is secured by a large electric gate giving you total privacy and safety for families. A large front area for 3 to 4 cars and also a patio table & chairs are on the front porch. The villa has a through lounge/dining area with a real fire, satelite TV, DVD and Video, 2 sofas, 1 a sofabed, dining table & chairs. A spiral staircase takes you to the very private master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom and sun terrace with table, chairs and parasol. Groundfloor has an archway to two of the bedrooms, 1 a twin room with wardrobes the other is a childrens room with bunkbeds and a pullout bed + a travel cot and wardrobe. The 4th bedroom is off of the lounge with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. All bedrooms have a radiator. Downstairs cloakroom has a toilet, washbasin and a shower. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a cooker/hob, microwave, large fridge, freezer, a washing machine plus a kettle and toaster. A door to the patio area with stone/marble table and benches to eat out in the evening sun. In the garden shed/outhouse next to the patio you will find lots of garden furniture plus many airbeds for the pool. The garden has a BBQ, a swing, a slide.

Bedrooms:
2 Double Bedrooms, 2 Twin Bedrooms. In the twin room the beds can be put together and in the childrens room we have bunk beds + a pull out bed and a travel cot. In the lounge should you need the extra bed we have a double sofabed.

1 Bathroom, 1 Shower. En-suite bathroom has toilet, wash basin, bath with shower, bidet and cupboard. Downstairs has a toilet, wash basin and a shower.

Real Fire, Maid Service, House Linen. For winter months should the evenings get chilly we have a real fire and the bedrooms have wall mounted electric radiators. Plus we have a mobile heating unit.

Seating for 8. Table and chairs can seat 8 people + side unit.
Entertainment:
Terrestrial TV, Satellite TV, Video, DVD, Radio, CD System. Satelite TV is installed a dvd player and video recorder are also linked up.

Private Pool, Terrace, Garden, BBQ, Parking, Balcony, Garden Furniture. Large lawned area with patio front and back. Pine trees for shade, a slide, swing. Lots of garden furniture, the pool has roman steps in shallow end with lights and shower.

Local activities in and around Chiclana De La Frontera, Costa de la Luz - Cadiz
La Barrosa beach is a 5 minute drive and has two different parts to it, a natural area with sand dunes and trees and the other area has lots of bars and restaurants, the 8 km beach is both clean and safe for children. For the golf enthusiast a 36 hole course designed by Seve Ballesteros and additional courses are also close by approx 7 minutes drive. For water sports Novo Sancti Petri is the place for all the family including wind surfing, jet ski hire and other sports also courses for beginners, a trip to Cadiz being the oldest city in Europe will take a drive of 20 minutes with fine shops, bars, restaraunts and history. Chiclana town is 5 minutes drive and is a lively place in the evenings with families. If you want a nightclub I believe you may find 1 or 2 on the outskirts of Chiclana but remember this whole area is traditional Spanish style so is nothing like the Costa del Sol. It is a safe area for families and ideal to get away from it all and relax.
Chiclana del la Frontiera
Chiclana is a working town and offers a lot of history and character. On a Tuesday it's market day and you will find a large selection of clothes, shoes, linen and music. Restaurants and bars are all around and in the centre you will find an excellent coffee shop that sells pastries to satisfy everyone.
Cadiz & San Fernando
A short drive and you will be in San Fernando and then onto Cadiz. They both have an excellent history and are worthy of visits. Cadiz also boasts excellent diving and sea sports.
La Barosa & Novo Sancti Petri
Excellent beaches both clean and safe with many bars and restaurants to choose from. 4 golf courses are nearby along with tennis courts and a few shops.
The Villa
The villa is situated in an area that has very limited development. It is situated in a green area with lots of pine trees and you will find that there are no high rise buildings.

Rental Notes: A 20% deposit secures your week with the balance 8 weeks before arrival + £200 security deposit which is fully refundable.Ideally change over times are Saturdays but please let us know if you require other times/days and we will certainly do our best. The villa is maintained weekly, cleaned and linen service etc the garden and pool are also maintained maybe twice weekly during summer months. A contact name and number will be provided to greet you and provide a 'Welcome Pack' of basic essentials including water, milk, tea, coffee, wine and beer, also for any requests and/or emergencies. A supermarket 3 minutes drive away will provide you with most items and a farmacia is just down the road.
