Throwley Hall Farm is a Georgian built farmhouse conveniently situated in the quiet countryside near to the beautiful Manifold Valley and Dovedale. Superb scenery and walking country are right on the doorstep and attractions such as Alton Towers are a short journey away. The farm stands on a spur overlooking the Manifold Valley. This is one of the most famous rivers of the Peak District and carves a spectacular deep valley with numerous rocky crags, a sight which is matched locally only by Dovedale - just a few miles away.
Latham Hall accommodates up to 12 people. It is a large, attractive former farmhouse situated near the village of Calton, not far from the A52 Leek - Ashbourne road.

The farm is a working beef cattle farm and has a long history - next door to the farmhouse stand the ruins of Throwley Hall, a 16th century manor house.The farm specialises in pedigree Charolais cattle, which graze in the fields surrounding the farm, and on the hillside overlooking the Manifold valley.
The facilities include Fitted carpets (except in the kitchen and utility room) and Central heating. There is Sitting room with colour TV and video, Living Room with colour TV and piano and dining kitchen with electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is also a Shower and toilet downstairs and Bathroom and toilet upstairs. A Cot and High Chair, payphone, washer and dryer all provided.
The bedroom accommodation comprises of one double bedroom downstairs with additional single bed and cot, One bedroom with en-suite facilities and Two bedrooms each with a double bed and one single bed.
