Welcome to Residence les Serres in St. Paul de Vence!
Residence Les Serres is a modern 4 rooms, 200m2 villa in the beautiful village of Saint Paul de Vence near Vence, on 2600m2 of private land fully gated. It’s conveniently located just 15 minutes from the Nice Cote d’Azur Airport and in a very private, tree rich environment. Ideal for people that are looking for a quiet place that is still near to the night life of Nice and the beaches of both Nice (stones) and Antibes/Jean le Pin (sand).
The Villa has a spacious living and dining room, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. In front of the villa is a large swimming pool (kidney shaped) with built-in steps (12 x 8 m, 30- 200 cm depth). The swimming pool is available from April - October each year. Swimming pool can be heated with extra charge of 50€ per week. A 6 persons JACUZZI is available at Residence les Serres built in in the terrace.
The terrace has a roof which provides shade from the sun and still be outside. Swimming pool beds are provided. A sun terrace is available to catch some extra sun! Grocery store at 1km, restaurant, bar 1 km, station "Cagnes sur Mer" 3 km. Space for 4-5 cars on private car park. 4-room villa 200 m2 divided over 2 floors, comfortable, modern design.
Ground Floor:
Large living-/dining room 100m2 with fireplace, Satellite TV (Free astra channels), DVD/CD, exit to terras and swimming pool. Open Kitchen (4 cooking places, oven, dishwasher, microwave, oven and american Fridge/Freezer combination). Bedroom 1: Two single beds, desk, babybed. Bedroom 2: Double bed Queen size , TV, extra sofabed available. Bathroom (Spacious) with a spacious bath (2 pers.) and seperate toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 3: Double bed Queen size, TV & DVD, writing desk + chair available, 1 mobile airco available. Bathroom with (massage) shower and toilet douche/WC. Babybed and highchair available.
The villa is: 15 min. to Nice airport (Car rentals at Terminal 2). 15 min. to Nice beach (stones), bars, restaurants and a lot of other entertainment. 10 min. walking distance to the famous village of St. Paul de Vence. 40 min. driving distance to Monaco and 20 min. to Cannes.

Local activities in and around Cagnes Sur Mer, Cote d'Azur/Provence
Ideal location to visit medieval villages: St. Paul, Vence, Tourette, Gourdon with local specialities, paintings, art, pottery etc. Close to the sea (15min by car). Many attractions for children: Seaworld attraction "Marineland" in Biot (Whale, shark, dolphin shows), the little farm, the house of the butterflies, mini-golf, glass factories, safari in Frejus.
Beautiful walks, beaches... Great for kids and any age.
Skiing:- The nearest French Alps ski resorts are Isola 2000 and Auron, on the edge of the Mercantour National Park, approximately one hour north of Nice, towards the Italian border. At 2000m, Isola has 120km of pistes - a total of 45 (4 black, 14 red, 20 blue, 7 green). Purpose-built in the 70s, there are ample ski lifts and one rarely has to queue. Auron, at 1600m, is a typical alpine village with 132km of pistes.
The 'Ecole de Ski Francais' runs beginners and advanced classes in several languages, including English, with 110 instructors in each resort . Lessons start at 35 Euros for individuals and 18 Euros for groups. Plenty of shops renting skis and equipment. Also snowboarding and snow-karting. Lively restaurants and cafes on the edge of the pistes, and a panoramic view from the cable-car up to 2300m. Christmas: Santa visits in a sleigh and champagne and hot chocolate are served on the piste on New Year's Eve.
