This is a family run working 'arable farm' with harvesting and some agricultural machinery movement during these periods - children MUST be supervised.
The cottage is on one level with easy access from the parking area to the front stable door. Acorn Cottage (right hand cottage) has two bedrooms - one with King Size bed, pine wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and stool, bedside tables with touch control lamps and wall lights. This room has a single glazed door leading directly onto the rear patio area. The compact second bedroom has twin beds, plus clothes hanging and bedside chest with drawers and lamp. The light and attractive tiled bathroom has a bath with electric power shower over, WC, washbasin, mirror with shaver point and heated towel rail. Throughout the accommodation are many delightful items providing a 'country cottage' theme. A hairdrier and small sewing kit are both also provided.
Parking is available directly in front of the property with path and flowerbeds . To the rear - via French doors from the lounge, the cottage has an enclosed compact garden with patio, lawn and landscaped area with shrubs and plants. Garden table, chairs and umbrella plus a built-in barbecue are all provided for guests' use.
There is an interconnecting door ( fire - door and lockable) between Acorn and Squirrel Cottage - if both cottages used together this provides superb accommodation for up to 8 people - a 10% reduction is offered if taken on this basis.
