A newly completed finished apartment last year. This sunny first floor 2 bedroomed apartment is located just a short drive away from Torrevieja. X Box with games available. Communal Pool and Children's area. Luxuriously furnished including dishwasher. Close to Villa Martin Plaza and five minutes drive from the beach. Torrevieja 15 minute drive where there are an abundance of designer shops and a lare hypermarket. Credit / Debit card payments accepted.
The front patio overlooks the sea and there is a large balcony at the rear overlooking the swimming pool for outside dining. There is also a small childrens play area. Leading from there, are stairs up to a large roof patio, ideal for sun worshippers. Here there are also chairs and a table for dining, together with a barbecue and also sunbeds.
The apartment was completed last year and is tastefully furnished. There are two bedrooms which can both be double beds or twin single beds (your choice), plus two double bed settees in the lounge. Both bedrooms also have hair dryers. The lounge is fully furnished with dining table, chairs, and two sofa beds. There is also a TV with english channels, stereo system. X Box with games including Tennis, PGA Golf, Sonic Heroes, FIFA, Spiderman and others. Heating and air conditioning are also available. Cot also available at no extra cost.
The fully equipped kitchen has cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board and Microwave etc. The bathroom is also fully equipped including a shower. The rear balcony is furnished with table and chairs.
The outside stairs take you up to a large roof solarium which is also furnished with sunbeds, table, chairs, barbecue. This is ideal for sun worshippers. The communal swimming pool is very close by and is very private.

Local activities in and around Urbanizacion Villa Martin, Costa Blanca - Alicante
Villa Martin is the nearest place to eat and drink. There is a wide range of cuisine ranging from Eduardos the famous restaurant to Spanish Tapas, an Indian and a Chinese. Eduardos and Fusion are well recommended and work out at about 30 euros per person inclusive of drink.
Torrevieja is the nearest town and has an abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and night clubs. There is also a Water Park, which children and adults alike will love. Every Friday there is one of the largest markets in Europe held here, there are also local markets on a Wednesday and Sunday.
Within easy reach of the apartment you have 9 golf courses, tennis courts, horse riding, go karts and many fine sandy beaches some offering jet skiiing, pedalos banana rides etc.
A safari park for children is also close by.

Rental Notes: This is a non smoking apartment although smoking on the apartment is not objected to.
The apartment comes with all house linen and towels. Please bring your own beach towels. There is a cleaning charge of 50 euros per letting. Mid holiday clean and linen change available at a cost of 25 euros.
Welcome pack available at a cost of 30 euros.
Airport transfers up to 6 people can be arranged at a cost of 40 euros each way.
A deposit of £100 at the time of booking is required. The balance is payable 30 days prior to your holiday. A breakage deposit of £100 or 100 euros, whichever is preferred is required at the time of key handover. This will then be returned at the end of your holiday on return of the keys providing there are no breakages or damage. Replacement keys cost 60 euros.
