This first class 3 bedroomed holiday villa is in a wonderful location just minutes from a private beach and within easy reach of the delightful resort of Estepona. It is set in pretty enclosed tropical gardens in which there are 2 communal swimming pools and a tennis court.
The air-conditioned accommodation comprises of a large entrance hall which leads into the spacious living/dining room. This is very comfortably furnished and has large doors opening out onto a furnished patio. Satellite TV with the free to view channels is installed in the lounge which also has an open fireplace.
The kitchen is of a generous size and is well fitted and equipped with a hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and plenty of pots, pans, crockery, glassware etc.
Stairs lead up from the hallway to the first floor where the 3 bedrooms are situated. The master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom in addition to which there is a fully tiled shower room, there is also an additional cloakroom with wc and hand basin in the entrance hall. The other 2 bedrooms are both twin rooms and they all have plenty of built in cupboard space.
Outside this villa has a private patio which opens onto the delightful tropical gardens, these are enclosed and so are safe for children. From here there is a path leading down to the beach. Of the 2 communal swimming pools, one is on the sea front and the other is just a couple of minutes away in beautiful enclosed gardens with a waterfall feature and the tennis courts.
Guests at the villa have a key to both of these facilities.
There is parking directly outside the villa.

Local activities in and around Estepona, Costa del Sol - Malaga
The lovely seaside town of Estepona is just a few minutes away by car. Once a sleepy fishing village it now boasts many first class, shops,bars and restaurants whilst at the same time managing to retain much of it’s old worlde charm in the delightful cobbled back streets.
There is also an excellent beach with a lovely promenade all along the front running for 2.6 kms. The villa is also conveniently situated a short walk along the beach from the prestigious Elba Hotel with its 5 star spa and the 4 star H10 Estepona Palace Hotel which has excellent dining facilities, together with evening entertainment if you do not wish to go into town.
The western end of the Costa del Sol has much to offer visitors with Selwo Wilflife Park, The Rock of Gibraltar, Marbella and Puerto Banus. Travelling inland you can visit some of the delightful White Villages such as Casares and Gaucin.
For the golfer of course there is a superb selection of first class Golf Courses within easy reach.
Bahia Azul is very easy to find, located as it is right on the beachfront just passed Estepona. Full directions will be sent on booking.
