Recently constructed the apartments are situated at Downderry, a few mile east of Looe. The quality of the build is excellent with every detail being beautifully executed and the specification is uniformly high. Throughout the woodwork, fittings and finish are really top quality.. The furnishings are of high quality in a contemporary style and when the weather is not so kind there's a state of the art flat screen HD TV with HD DVD & SKY but do remember to bring your own card.
Super kitchen equipment, really modern bathrooms, underfloor heating, each area being separately controllable, landscaped gardens and only 20 seconds from the beach. From the beach there are super panoramic views across to the town of Looe and Looe Island and to the west the views extend to Rame Head and Plymouth. There are wonderful National Trust houses and gardens easily accessible and the city of Plymouth is reachable in under half an hour. Truro is just over the hour away, the Eden Project about a forty minute drive and the north Cornish coast, Padstow etc. about an hours journey.
