In this lovely bungalow the lounge, dining area and kitchen surround an open log fire in the centre of the large room with french windows to the patio.
Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed with duvets etc. The biggest bedroom has an adjoining shower room and the patio bedroom has french windows to the patio.
The bathroom has a large corner bath, basin and toilet and the shower room has a shower, basin and toilet.
The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven and hob, fridge with a small freezer compartment, microwave, washing machine, iron, good quality china and glassware and cooking requirements.
The patio looks onto a substantial garden lined with trees and small streams. (Toddlers would need supervision). A barbeque and chiminea are available. The views from the living room and garden are across open country up the Towi Valley. Idyllic in sunshire, majestic in rain and cloud.
The Royal Oak Pub is 300 yards up the hill next to the well stocked shop and post office, and the river Towi is 300 yards downhill for river walks and fishing.
From the living room one guest saw 26 species of bird in a week, red kite, buzzard, woodpeckers, ravens and so on.
The phone is available to guests on an honesty box basis and is free of charge for evening and weekend calls. A wired broadband connection is available at no extra cost.
