Located in a quiet country lane, this 6000sqm.plot, with impressive gates offers security and privacy. Just 25 minutes from Alicante and 50 minutes from Murcia airports. The costa blanca is one of the most healthy places to stay in the world according to who-world health organistaion. From the villa you are within easy reach of the beach, golf courses, all sorts of entertainment and leisure centres-water world, zoo, shops and markets.
Villa Casa de Paz is set in the beautiful countryside of Elche, Alicante. There are acres of magnificent palm trees, olives, pomegranites , vines and orange groves in this district. The villa has full a/c in every room and is very comfortable in summer and winter.
5 bedrooms , 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom , shower, bidet. jacuzzi. Bathroom no 2 is also well equipped. Two bedrooms have double beds, one with 2 single beds and one bedroom has 2 single beds plus a bunk bed.The 5th bedroom is up a narrow staircase and has 2 single beds and a bunk bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining room cum Spanish style kitchen with indoor barbecue, washing machine. dish washer. Large comfortable lounge with a/c and fireplace. Grounds include large swimming pool, table tennis, darts, badminton. Almost full size car park tennis court.
The villa garden has 67 orange trees, 10 olive trees , 2 pomegranites, 2 fig trees, almond and lemon trees, and numerous palm trees, pines, etc. The oranges are in season from november to april. The pomegranites are in season in September , October and November. Guests are welcome to use the ample oranges to their fill but please use the other fruit more sparingly-leave some for the guests coming in later in the season.
The pool is open all year but it is cold from December to March-except for the very hardy. We have our own tube well water supply to fill the pool which is maintained to a high standard. Poolside sunbeds and deck chairs and table are supplied.There are also chairs and a porch table for al fresco living.
As you sit in the verandah and look out on to the pool through the beautiful palm trees ,you'll think you have arrived in paradise on earth-you have!
The Costa Blanca region has been classified as one of the healhiest places to live in the world by WHO. There are many attractions in the area of historical and natural beauty to appeal to every one. Many golf courses and beaches within 25 minute drive.

2 Double Bedrooms, 1 Twin Bedroom, 2 Family Bedrooms. There is a pull-out bed beneath the single bed and 1 bunk bed in the 4th & 5th room ,also double sofa bed in the lounge.5th bedroom is up a narrow staircase.Could sleep up to 16 people.
Bathrooms:
2 Bathrooms, 1 Shower, 1 Separate WC. One bathroom is en-suite with jacuzzi, shower, twin basins and bidet. The 2nd has a bath with shower ,bidet ,toilet and basin. There is a wet room in an outside unit with shower + washing machine.
Kitchen:
Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron. Two kitchens, one is fully equipped. There is a powerful juicer for the use of oranges etc, when in season. There is also a large second kitchen cum dining/living room.
General:
Real Fire, Central Heating, Air Conditioning, Telephone, House Linen, Towels Provided, Internet Access. The a/c units can also provide warm air. Maid service could be provided at extra cost. Please bring own beach towels. Empty gas cyl can be exchanged at cepsa petrol garage or ask Juan or Jos-12e.
Dining:
Seating for 10. A very large dining /living room , come utility room, and a Spanish style kitchen with indoor barbecue facility.By joining some more tables you could seat 14 people.
Entertainment:
Terrestrial TV, Satellite TV, Video, DVD, Radio, CD System, Board Games, Table Tennis, Tennis Court. The TV is in Spanish and some English channels.
The tennis court is a diy type in the large car park area. Table football, and a football field nearby
there is a large games room with table tennis.
Outside:
Private Pool, Terrace, Garden, BBQ, Parking, Balcony, Garden Furniture. There are 8 sunbeds, 8 chairs, 3 outside tables verandah table and chairs. Large table tennis room and large outdoor barbecue. Lots of space for children to play. Parking for 20 cars.

There are 4 easy steps up to the terrace and then the villa is completely flat. There are bathroom aids for elderly/disabled .
Local activities in and around Elche, Costa Blanca - Alicante
The nearest beach is 20 minutes in La Marina and 25 mins to Santa Pola and Alicante. There are many golf courses within 30minutes drive. The nearest town Elche is just 5miles and has 2 very large supermarkets and numerous shops and restaurants. There are various markets on different days at different locations. A villa manual has been compiled to help you make the most of your holiday. The very fine beaches of santa pola, guardamar del segura, le manga are well worth a visit.

Elche is the nearest main town from the villa it has fine supermarkets and numerous shops and restaurants. Elche/Elx has the largest no of date palms in europe - 200,000. It is a unesco world heritage site 5000 year-old city ; live performance of religious theatre since the 15th century
Exit A7 at junction 722 marked crevelente estacion, and join the cv875 in the direction of Elche ( Elex).After 3km on the cv875 you will see the cepsa petrol station-just 700m to the villa.

Rental Notes: The rental prices are for up to 10 guests, There is a £70 supplement pp per week above 10 guests. Low season rate for rentals of 4 weeks or more from November to 30 march excluding Dec 15 to 6th January is £200 per week pus cost of utilities.
Saturdays are normal change over days open to negotiation. For a quick reply please telephone us. On arrival guests are requested to pay 100 to villa manager for use of 4 bedrooms or 120for use of 5 bedrooms. Also 50 for the key and remote control for the gate. This 50 will be refunded to you when you return the keys & remote control. On day of departure, guests are required to vacate the villa by 10 am to enable the cleaning and preparation for new guests. This can also be negotiated if new guests are not arriving the same day.
If you recommend the villa to your friends a cheque of £50 will be sent to you once the booking has been paid at the full advertised price. If you decide to rebook for yourself a £50 discount will be given.
