This quaint, one-bedroom cottage is right in the heart of Nice, close to everything that the city and the Cote d'Azur have to offer. It is 200m from the sea, just back from the famous Promenade des Anglais and a mere 10 minutes from the airport by taxi or bus.
Recently refurbished, La Cournichee, offers comfortable accommodation in the heart of the city.
It is two blocks back from the beach, a 10 minute walk from the pedestrianised shopping area and close to the station. Towns like Cannes, Antibes and Monaco are all within easy reach.
Nice has an amazing range of cultural activities, with museums, galleries and theatres second only to Paris. Sporting opportunities are also plentiful, with ski resorts a mere hour and a half away. There is so much to do on the Cote d'Azur, and Italy is within easy reach also.
The cottage is situated amongst traditional french apartment blocks. It comprises a large living area with a comfortable double sofa bed and TV/DVD player. It has a separate kitchen for cooking and dining and a terraced area outside allows for meals al fresco. Upstairs there is a bright and airy twin bedroom, bathroom and separate WC.
