Dream Disney home is a magnificent 5 bedroom lake fronted executive villa located on the stunning nature reserve community of the Reserves at Town Center. Entry onto the reserves is via a stunning palm lined electronic security gated entrance and with only 94 villas on the development you are gaurenteed tranquility yet are only a stones throw away from all of the action.
Disney is only a 10-12 minute drive away (and that's genuine), whilst Seaworld and Universal Studios are 15 & 20 minutes away respectively. The villa is within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and its beautiful beaches and 65 miles of Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast. Within a few minutes drive, there are several championship quality Golf courses Including Champions gate, Reunion, Mystic Dunes & Highlands reserve. If shopping/ eating is your thing then there is a supermarket & restaurants within a 3 minute drive and shopping malls galore under 10 minutes away.
Bedrooms The Villa has five large bedrooms. Two are master bedrooms with king size beds and en-suite bathrooms. The main en-suite bathroom also has direct access to the pool deck. There is one other double room and two bedrooms contain twin beds and each room has a set of drawers and reading lamp. The house has a third bathroom, which can be shared by the twin rooms.
Pool & Patio The beautiful south facing pool backs onto a large lake and conservation area. The patio is furnished with chairs and sun loungers, which allow you to just lie back, relax and soak up the rays. There are plenty of pool toys for kids of all ages to enjoy The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is safe and clean to swim in. A removable fence separates the pool from the deck for additional peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa. If you find the pool is a little cold for your liking, it can be fully heated at a small additional charge. This is normally only required in the winter months.
Living/ kitchen The kitchen is open plan and is combined with a breakfast bar and nook. It is superbly fitted out with all you will need for your stay.
There is a fully equipped laundry area for your convenience. There is also a high chair and stroller if you have a young child in your party.
Towels and linens are provided and there is a full villa clean carried out by our management company before every occupancy.
The family room has 2 sofas and occasional furniture with a six seater dining table. The room also contains an entertainment center complete with cable television, video recorder, & DVD player. To help keep the children occupied there is a playstation 2 games console complete with games, there are also several board games supplied. More games and DVDs can be hired from the local video store.
We have FREE high speed wireless internet and also a games room.

Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make a fantastic meal. There are several other electrical applinaces as well as a full range of cooking utensils and plates

Central Heating, Air Conditioning, Telephone, House Linen, Towels Provided, Internet Access. Our home has full air conditioning as well as hot air heating system. Every room in the villa has a ceiling fan as does the patio area. All telephone calls locally and internationally are free.
Dining:
Seating for 8. The dining area will comfortably seat 8 people. There is also a table and chairs in the kitchen to allow others to eat, or why not dine Al Fresco on the patio area.
Entertainment:
Terrestrial TV, Satellite TV, Video, DVD, Radio, CD System, Board Games, Table Tennis. We have cable TV throughout the home. All of the bedrooms have cable TV's . There is a playstation 2 games console and Games to keep the kids (of all ages!!) entertained. We have a games room too.
Outside:
Private Pool, BBQ, Parking, Garden Furniture. We have a beautiful south facing pool, ideal for sun bathing or just relaxing. The pool & patio have a stunning view of the lake, so you can just sit back and look out for the famous Florida wildlife.

Theme parks are the major entertainment in the Orlando area. Disney is only a 10-12 minute drive away (and that's genuine), whilst Seaworld and Universal Studios are 15 & 20 minutes away respectively. There are countless other theme parks and attractions very close to our villa.
If Golf is your thing then there is no better place on this planet to play than in Florida. Within a few minutes drive, there are several PGA championship quality Golf courses Including Champions gate, Reunion, Mystic Dunes & Highlands reserve but to name a few. within a 30 minute drive you have access to close on another 100 courses. If you prefer something a little simpler for those little budding gof enthusiast, why not play crazy golf 'American Style!!!'
The villa is within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and it's magnificent calm blue waters and its beautiful beaches & boutiques and 65 miles of Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast. That's only an hour away (if you can tear yourself away from our beautiful villa and pool!), which offers a terrific break from the busy days at the theme parks.
If eating & drinking is your thing then there is a supermarket & restaurants within a 3 minute drive. The main shopping and restaurant drag is well under 10 minutes drive away and there are too many bars an restaurants to count on the highway 192.
Shopping can also be found on the 192 however there are also dozens of designer outlet malls & gift shops within a few minutes of our villa as well as some of the largest malls in Florida under 30 minutes away.
The Reserves at Town center offer a great area to walk in, so you may actually not chose to even leave the villa complex after a busy day at the parks or shopping. You could always just enjoy a walk around the estate or just enjoy a touch of wildlife spotting and that includes the alligators from the safety of our home.

Rental Notes: Our rates are variable but are in the range specified. We very often have special deals (more so between Sept & March), so the best thing to do is just get a quotation. We also offer discounts for long stays.
We don't have any particular changeover days although for bookings under 6 nights we charge a cleaning surcharge of approx £65/ $105.
You will need pool heat with all villas in Florida between Oct & the end of March if you plan to use the pool. During these months we charge a very competitive £15/ $25 per day to cover extra utility bills.
As part of our service, we are happy to find you the cheapest flight prices, theme park tickets and car hire from reputable bonded companies. We don't get any commission for this, but if we did, we would give it straight back to you and that's a promise.
