Ground floor 2-bed apartment in a superb, popular location on the Costa del Sol between Fuengirola and Marbella. Enjoys a nice position overlooking Miraflores golf course and high standard of accomodation in a secure-gated development. Easily accessible via the main coastal route (or new A7 motorway) only 25 minutes west of Malaga airport.
Las Cumbres also enjoys views over to the hills and "white" village of Mijas and within its private grounds are a main swimming pool, childrens pool, sauna and gym. The apartment is furnished to a high standard, has a large south-facing terrace overlooking the golf course and provides level access to outside car parking, the pools and gardens.
We also provide a number of hospitality services on request, through our management company - including airport transfer, car hire, a welcome pack and maid service.
The apartment has an entrance hall, lounge/dining room, two good-sized bedrooms, ensuite bathroom, showerroom, kitchen, utility room and sun terrace accessed via patio doors. The lounge/dining room is furnished with a large sofabed, armchair, coffee tables, sideboard and a dining table for 4. For entertainment indoors, there is Sky satellite TV and a CD/MP3/radio player.
The bedrooms (one double with ensuite and one twin) have bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes. The ensuite has a full-sized bath with o/head shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet. The showerroom (next to the second bedroom) has a large shower, toilet and washbasin.
The fully-fitted kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and oven, electric kettle, toaster and is stocked with pans, utensils and crockery. In the utility room there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The terrace is furnished with a large table, chairs and 2 sun loungers. For families with young children, we are able to provide cots and high chairs if required. Local activities in and around Riviera Del Sol - Miraflores, Costa del Sol - Malaga
Close to hand is the Terraza del Golf commercial centre with bars and restaurants overlooking the golf course, a supermarket, newsagent and cashpoint. The Miraflores Golf Restaurant and Spikes Bar are also nearby. On the Riviera front there are numerous shops including 24-hour supermarket, cashpoint, currency exchange, bars, restaurants and a park. The Aztec Country Club provides an Olympic-sized pool, tennis, badminton, gym, games room and Internet Centre as well as food and entertainment.
Calahonda is a short drive away where again you'll find numerous shops, bars and restaurants. Sandy beaches along the local coastline provide a place to relax with their own bars and family facilities including Calahonda, Cala de Mijas and Cabopino. Puerto Cabopino has a nice selection of restaurants around its harbour. To the west along the coast, places to visit include famous Marbella (15 minutes away) and Puerto Banus (a further 5 minutes) - one of the worlds most expensive marinas. To the east, Fuengirola is the nearest major town (5km) and has a superb beach, Water Park, Zoo and Mirymar shopping mall. Benalmadena has its own marina, sea-life centre and Tivoli World Theme Park. 20 minutes inland is the famous "white village" of Mijas with its fantastic views of the coast and mountains.
Further afield is Gibraltar, the town of Ronda or the historic Alhambra Palace in Granada. For all golfers, there is an abundance of courses and facilities to choose from. Miraflores is a fine 18-hole course with views of the mountains and Mediterranean. Within 2 minutes of the apartment is a 2-tiered driving range alongside a Pro shop and cafeteria. The Clubhouse welcomes all visitors. For the more serious golfer, 15 minutes from the apartment is the David Leadbetter Golf Academy at La Cala providing world class facilities.

The Miraflores Golf Restaurant in the Clubhouse (pictured above) is generally recognised as the finest golf club restaurant on the coast and enjoys fantastic views. Open 365 days a year, from 8 in the morning till 11 at night and less than 5 mins away.
Rental Notes: Cost includes clean linen and towels. Early booking discounts up to 20% are applied automatically for all reservations made 6 weeks or more before the day of arrival. Long stay discounts apply and are available on request.
Changeover day is flexible. Short breaks and additional nights are available on request. The prices above apply to a party of 4. To accomodate further guests, there is a charge of £25 pppw, up to a maximum of 6 people. A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and the balance is due 14 days before the day of arrival.
Our charges for optional hospitality services are airport transfer £45, a welcome pack of groceries £35 or £45, and a midweek maid service (includes fresh change of all towels) £20.
