A spacious three bedroom villa and large pool. Located in the fabulous family resort of Olu Deniz/Hisonaru/Ovacik. Ideal for Mum, Dad, Gran, Grandad and kids of all ages.
Situated in a peaceful location, ideal for access to the Olu Deniz beach or lagoon (10 mins by Dolmus). Close to the harbour town and restuarants of Fethiye (15 mins by Dolumus) and a 15 minute walk to the centre of Hisonaru with lots of shops, bars and restuarants. A five minute walk to the nearest supermarket and bar. Plenty of activities for those who like to be busy including boat trips (from £5 with lunch), jeep safari (£15 with lunch), historical sites, horse riding, turkish baths, quad biking, white water rafting and tandem paragliding, all at affordable prices.
A modern, clean villa, situated in a quaint, rural setting just a five minute walk from the nearest shop and bar, and 15 minutes from the bustling nightlife of Hisonaru. Set in a large garden with a 10m x 5m pool, with gated access and ample parking (not that you need a car).
The Villa has three large double bedrooms, each with a balcony, sleeping six comfortably, with the option of up to eight by using the sofabed or airbeds. Two bathrooms with showers and a spacious open plan living space. All the facilities you would expect, including full internal and external furniture, Barbeque, Microwave, Air Conditioning, etc.
Step off the large shady veranda direcly onto the pool area, supplied with six sun loungers and cushions. Plenty of games for indoor and out, to keep the kids happy.
The location of the villa is ideal for the family holiday. Set over 1000ft up on a plateau above the Olu Deniz beach and Fethiye Harbour, within 15 mintues walking distance of the bars and restaurants of Hisonaru. If the beach gets a little warm, then retire to the villa and pool and the slightly cooler air and breeze.
There is more to do than you could image, but plenty of quiet places to explore. An ideal family holiday that we hope you will want to repeat.

Local activities in and around Ovacik, Turquoise Coast/Lycia
Olu Deniz beach and lagoon is 10 mins by Dolmus. The lagoon is ideal for young children and less able swimmers. It is shallow and calm. Hire a pedalo or take lunch in one of the lagoon edge restaurants. There are many locations on the beach, in the hustle and bustle of the watersports, by the many bars and restaurants, or the quiet end with few people. Watch the paragliders float effortlessly to the ground having leapt from the top of Bagadad mountain.
Hisonaru is a 15 minute walk and locates many shops, bars, restaurants and late night dancing clubs. Close enough to walk to, but far enough away to not hear a thing.
Fethiye is 15 minutes by Dolmus and is a harbour town populated by the working turkish people. It has the larger supermarkets for lower cost and more variety. All the shops you could want (try the local jewelry and fake designer clothes) and many authentic turkish restaurants. A local fish market will sell you produce to take to a choice of adjacent restaurants for free cooking. Also visit the harbour restaurants for great fish, all at low prices.
You must try one of the many excellent value excurions. Prices range from £5 to £15 each and normally includes a great lunch. Our favourires are the jeep safari in a small or large (comfortable for Gran/Grandad) jeep. See the local villages, trout farm, and spectactular Saklikent Gorge (lunch on the river). Take a boat trip and enjoy the spectacular coast from the sea. Swim, fish, jump off the boat while the owners and family ferry you around and barbeque lunch. There are too many activities to experience in one trip, but you can try horse riding, turkish baths, quad biking, white water rafting, and tandem paragliding.

Rental Notes: Flights to Dalaman airport are widely available from most airports. Try flythomascook.com, or our link from pembe.co.uk. Monday is our prefered changeover day but not fixed.
Transfers will take approximately one hour. We will arrange airconditioned transfers via minibus for £65 return (4 people) or £100 (7). The driver will drop you at the door and give you the key
The Villa will be cleaned prior to arrival, and further cleaning can be arranged for longer stays. Welcome packs will be provided, although a local shop is nearby for your non essentials.
We would request a £20% deposit to confirm your booking. The remainder payable six weeks before depature, along with a refundable £150 damage waiver.
We can also arrange local car hire. A four seater jeep cost £105 per week
