Villa Costa is a modern new 3 bedroom villa situated 2,5km from the beach and town of Albufeira, close to golf courses and water parks. It enjoys superb location in a small residential area with fantastic views of the surrounding country site only a few minutes drive to the best beaches of the Algarve.

Villa Costa is a 3 bedroom semi-detached villa with accommodation split as follows: the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen, WC and spacious living/dining room with patio doors leading to garden and swimming pool with umbrellas and sun beds.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a double and single bed and bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a very spacious balcony overlooking the pool and garden. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a double bed en-suite bathroom and a large veranda with fantastic panoramic views of the country site.
Outside you will find very well kept garden with inviting swimming pool, separate eating area with purpose build brick barbecue and garage for your car. Housekeeper/caretaker lives on the property side in an annex with separate entrance. Maid service is provided three times per week with bed linen changed once per week and towels twice per week.

Algarve is a region renowned for its mild and sunny climate, its miles of glorious sandy beaches with their stunning rock formations and its excellent sport facilities. It boasts an average of 3000 hours of sunshine per year. Its mild all year round with virtually no rain in the summer months. February sees the start of the spring and its warm in October.
The old town of Albufeira which perches on the cliff top overlooking the the beach, retains a distinctive Moorish character and you can still see the fisherman bringing in their catch on Praia dos Pescadores (Fisherman's beach) There are 2 excellent local restaurants, both with bars open until late within about 8 minutes walk of Villa Costa and another one during the summer months at the near by Clube Albufeira with famous barbecues on Wednesdays nights where you can eat as much as you like!
Algarve Shopping with food store, many restaurants, bowling and cinemas is only few minutes by car as is Zoomarine, water parks, nightlife & golf.

Rental Notes: Please note all the above rates are per week based on maximum of 6pax.
Arrive on any day of the week (flights are normally much cheaper midweek) but please note in high season it may only be possible to arrive on same day as the previous guests are checking out. We will do our best to accommodate your request with your chosen travel dates.
Check in from 3pm on the day of arrival, check out at 10am on the day of departure (this is to allow time to clean the villa for next arrival). If you flight is late, luggage can be stored at the villa.
30% deposit required when making a reservation. Balance is payable at least 6 weeks before arrival. Payment can be made in sterling to our bank in UK or by bank transfer to our bank in Portugal. - Breakage deposit of €250.00 ( aprox. £200.00 ) must be paid on arrival in cash and will be refunded on departure providing no damage occured. - 4 electric oil heaters in the bedrooms & living room ( normally from November to March ) €140 per week.
