Hunstanton is unique in being on the East coast but facing West. This gives guests at my apartment spectacular sunsets and reflections over the sea as the sun disappears behind the distant Lincolnshire Wolds. This spellbinding nightly spectacle can be viewed over supper and wine from the large first floor bay window. This gas centrally heated apartment has been fully refurbished in tasteful neutral colours to a high standard. The large lounge / dining room has a contemporary leather sofa and arm chair, classic regency style refectory table and upholstered dining chairs. Atmospheric lighting is offered by dimable up lighters. The new Alno kitchen includes gas hob with glass canopy extractor, fan oven, waste disposal facilities and a dishwasher. The large bathroom has two basins, toilet, bidet and large shower, all finished in white. All fittings are new and high quality. The bedroom has a king size double bed, sofa and fitted wardrobe. Ideally situated for the idyllic unspoilt North Norfolk Coast. Sandringham House, Holkham Hall and Burnham Market also nearby. Within a short walk there are restaurants and bars, a theatre/cinema, indoor swimming pool, a new ten pin bowling venue, not to mention Hunstanton's wonderful beach of course which is only a few steps away. Very popular for wind surfing and water skiing. Bird reserves and remote sands and marshes are also nearby. Two golf courses very near including Hunstanton Golf Club's excellent Championship Links course. The historic town of King's Lynn is only 15 miles south.
