The fully equipped apartment has a open plan lounge / kitchen with fridge/ freezer microwave coffee maker , kettle , toaster etc the lounge has corner suite TV DVD/CD player with large patio doors opening onto a spacious balcony with a table and chairs.

The bedroom has twin beds fitted wardrobe unit and chair, with access to the balcony from the patio doors . The bathroom has bath with shower over and sockets for a shaver ind hairdryer. Laundry room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying frame.

There is a small basement garden with sun beds and a swing seat, where you can relax and marvel at the superb view over the Arco valley. Local shop and coffee bar 100m mini market 200m and hotel/restaurant 10 minute walk.
