Casa Rosa is a pretty, old cottage with panoramic views over the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve and out to sea. It is situated in a peaceful place off-the-beaten-track and right on the coast between Tavira and Fuzeta. The cottage, garden and pool are all completely private to give you perfect enjoyment of this wonderful spot. With a great seafood restaurant less than 5 mintues walk away on the lagoon shore you are optimally placed for a relaxing stay.
Casa Rosa has been beautifully renovated throughout, with many rustic and traditional features. It sleeps a maximum of 6 people in three bedrooms. One double bedroom has en-suite shower room and access out onto the front terrace and views to the sea. The second double bedroom and the twin bedroom share a bathroom, also equipped with a washing machine. The cottage has a lounge with satellite TV/radio. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a dishwasher. The inside dining area has seating for 6 and French windows opening out onto the garden.
Outside, there is a shaded dining area close to the kitchen, perfect for a cool lunch. At the front of the cottage there is a massive terrace with built in seating, barbeque, and dining table - perfect for dinner with the sun setting and panoramic views over the surrounding countryside, Ria Formosa and the Sea. Also at the front of the house there is space to park 2 cars and small area or playing petanque. To the rear of the house on a higher terrace is the pool. It is completely private, ensconced in the gardens around it and the small hill behind it. Again, the views are out over the Ria Formosa and the sea.
For off-season holidays, the house has gas heaters and an open fire place. All in all, it is a fantastic setting in which to enjoy a perectly relaxing holiday.

You are well placed to explore the historic towns of Tavira and Faro, plus all the rest of the eastern Algarve.

Rental Notes: In season, change over days are Fridays. All bed linen and towels for use inside the house are provided and changed after one week. With back-to-back bookings, check-in time is 3pm and check-out time 11am.
For reservations made more than 2 months in advance of arrival, 30% deposit is required on booking, with the remaing 70% payable 2 months before arrival. For reservations made less than 2 months before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.
