Self Catering Villa with pool situated at Flic en Flac (Morcellement Anna), an 10 to 15 minutes walk from the sea, on the West Coast of Mauritius. Villa close to hotels, casino, supermarkets, restaurants and shops.
On the ground floor, you will find the spacious living and dining room with ceiling fans, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom (air conditioned) and fitted wardrobes and a separate bathroom. Veranda overlooking an 8ft x 7 metres swimming pool. Washing machine, TV, large garden, garage, alarm system.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms. One master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes, balcony and a one double bedroom, wardrobes, balcony. One twin bedroom with a large terrace with a magnificent view of the sea. One bathroom. Bedsheets (changed twice/week) and towels provided not beach towels. These three bedrooms are air conditioned.
Satellite TV, DVD and stereo system. Property managed by professional managing agent. Maid Service - twice per week (2 x 4hours). Ironing, cooking & laundry can be arranged. Transfer can be arranged as from Rs1,300.00 each way (airport to Flic en Flac & Flic en Flac to airport).
