Newly built three double bedroom villa. Located only five minutes away from the centre of Dalyan and surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and citrus groves. Architect designed and featureing stone built walls, private pool, sun terraces and covered balconies.

Kaya villa comprises a large open plan living area with an impressive semi circular stone wall. The newly equiped kitchen and dining area is fully fitted, with oven, hob, washing machine, microwave and can cater for up to eight people.
Two of the three double bedrooms have double beds. The third bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds. All of the bedrooms have ample wardrobe and strorage space. All are air conditioned. There is a bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the ground floor, both with w.c. and handbasin.
Outside there is a private swimming pool with pool furniture and surrounding patio area.
Dalyan is a small riverside town situated around ten minutes aways from the famous Itzuzu Turtle Beach. Visitors can access the beach by road using the local Dolmus service or from the river usuing the inexpensive river dolmus.

Local activities in and around Dalyan, Aegean Coast
The area has a wealth of activities many of which are based on the coast. These include sub aqua, sailing and gullett cruises.
River trips link Dalyan with the coast and with Kocegiz Lake. White water rafting is available on the Dalyan River.
Ancient monuments and tombs dating from the Lyceane Period are common.
Paragliding and Microlight flights are available locally.
Jeep Safaris and trecking can also be arranged.
Dalyan has a well deserved reputation for fantastic food, especially sea food. There is a wide and excellent selection of local restaurants.
From Dalaman airport take the main road towards Fethiye. At the main road junction turn left towards Mugla. After 2-3 miles take a left hand turning marked Dalyan.
