Tastefully renovated and furnished Village house formed over four levels topped with large sunny roof terrace. The house is in the heart of the well known medieval market town of Ceret near Perpignan with every amenity on its doorstep including the renowned modern art gallery. French and Spanish beaches are a thirty minute drive and the ski fields are 1 hr 30 mins. The area is serviced by airports in Perpignan and Girona (under 1 hr)and Barcelona (2 hrs).
At entry level to the house on the Rue De La Republique there is a large Garage with laundry area with sink, newly installed washing machine and W.C. On the first floor the Kitchen is seperated from the openplan Living / dining room by a wooden capped breakfast bar. The walls are local stone and the ceiling is finished with wooden beams. A wood burning stove in the livingroom provides character and efficient heating.
On the second floor there are three bedrooms, two doubles and one single and a modern bathroom with bath and shower. On the third level there is a bright sunroom with double bed setee and sink leading on to a 30 m3 terrace which is furnished with a teak table and chairs for six and has a Moroccan style daybed built in a sunny corner. A large parasol and deck chairs are available to make sitting out comfortable. The house is fully centrally heated.

Rental Notes: Unfortunately as the property is formed over four floors it is not suitable for wheelchairs and people of limited mobility might find it hard work.
Bedlinen will be provided at the beginning of each let and if require a second set can be provided at additional cost if required.
Changeover day is flexible and weekend breaks are available by arrangement.
The house will be cleaned prior to your arrival, please leave it as you found it on your departure including stripping the bedsbeds.
