| Styr has one of the most beautiful city squares in the whole of Europe where Gothic, Baroque, Renaissance and Rococo all meet each other in harmony. In the centre the Gothic Bummerlhaus has dominated the town for six hundred years. Lake Stubenburg benefits from the region’s mild climate and is a centre for all forms of watersports as well as hiking, paragliding and ballooning. Tourism has hardly made its mark here and holiday accommodation is still quite a scarce commodity. What is available though, is of the highest possible standard. |
