| Essentially a ‘flat’ state, with its highest point being only 345 ft, Florida, the ‘Sunshine State’ is known as the USA’s vacation capital. To think of Florida as only Disney World is to sell it short. Florida has so much more to offer the traveller on vacation. The Florida Keys are 1700 or so islands forming an archipelago inside the Everglades National Park, an area of outstanding natural beauty. Most of our vacation villas available have quick and easy access to a beach and most have a pool. On the East coast is Miami, which starts a trail of beaches stretching unbroken right up to the northern state line. Exceptional watersports and fishing are available in every location. Simply choose your holiday villa or apartment, change into your beachwear, and hit the beach. Central Florida has more to offer in the way of woodlands and lakes, with plenty to do on or in the water. There is a wide choice of luxury four and five bedroom houses and villas for rental sleeping up to 12 people in or on the outskirts of Orlando. The Northwest or ‘Panhandle’ is an area still relatively unknown to Europeans who have yet to discover the tranquillity of palm-fringed barrier islands. |
