I can hardly believe that it is only a month since I joined HolidayLets.Net. We have already said goodbye to our first guests. It was quite nerve racking as this is a new venture for us, but their comments in our visitor's book were so nice that it has really spurred us on. Our next guests are on their way!
In total we have already booked 5 clients and two of those have booked 2 week stays. We also have an enquiry from yesterday, so fingers crossed. I think your late offers is a great way to get noticed and get instant visitors, that is how we have booked our first 3 lets.

I had advertised with Chez Nous for a number of years, but this year decided that it was time for a change. Although I only re-joined you last year I had been with you in the past. I am very pleased to report that we already have more bookings for this year than we had for the whole of last year!
One of the greatest advantages is that I receive your text message when I receive an enquiry, it has always been my practice to answer enquiries as soon as possible. Recently I had such a text, answered it by telephone within five minutes the lady was so amazed that she made a booking at once, her cheque for the deposit arrived the next morning!

We have not renewed our subscription to one of your biggest competitors despite some special offers to tempt us. With a bit of luck we should be able to get all our bookings via word of mouth, from friends and family and lastly from your good selves. I believe that your website offers more and is more competitively priced.
I had a look at my property statistics for the last full five months it averages 299.4 views per month which equates to 3,600 per year. If I can convert just 1% of them to bookings I should be full for all of next year. I am willing to bet that we would have had even more bookings except for the fact that we were already booked solid!

Hi, we are delighted with the response to our second property listing with you. We set up the advert on June 12th and set our target for finishing work on the house as July 14th. In the month we have had 8 enquiries leading to 9 weeks bookings (inlcuding next Easter). Yours is our only advert for this house and we are very pleased indeed. The property has not many competitors in capacity in this location so it was always going to stand out - but the response is very gratifying.
The first year is always expensive with the costs of decorating and equipping the properties, but we we are optimistic for the future. We're certainly delighted with your site. The ability to fine tune the advert in response to comments, along with the calendar facility and your own continuing promotion of the site mean we feel we are getting proper value for money and effort.

Just thought you might like to hear that we have been snowed under with enquiries recently, the vast majority from holidaylets.net, and as a result, we are now booked pretty much solidly from the end of March to the middle of September, plus a fairly strong enquiry for June 2008 already!
Considering that last season we had no bookings before July, and only 1 week in September, we're chuffed, to say the least.
