It costs ~£30 per person per night, if you include your flight costs, for 12 to stay in the villas in High Season for 2 weeks.  Similarly it costs ~£35 pppn for 6 to stay for 2 weeks in the Mid Season - cheaper than a package holiday!

• The Standard Rates are for renting a whole villa for 1 week for up to 12/13 people.
• Groups of 6 or less can stay for 2 weeks in the Mid/Low/Off seasons for 15% off the Standard Rate.
• Book 6 months ahead and get a 10% reduction down to the Discounted rate.
• Discounts are available for longer stays - please ask.
• Welcome Packs are provided and include essentials until you have the time to shop.
• Return Dalaman Airport Transfers by Car (>3) at ~£85,  by Minivan (>6) at ~£110,  by Minibus (>14) at ~£130 and the journey takes about 45 minutes.
• Vehicle Rental available including Car & Minibus from ~£140 & ~£336 per week.
• When booking please pay 25% of the total cost and then pay the balance 4 weeks before arrival -  click to print a BOOKING FORM
• A deposit of £150 against any damage is payable with the balance, this will be returned to you within 7 days of your return.
• The rental start day is flexible and depends mainly on previous bookings, departure times likewise are dependant upon other bookings.
• A full cleaning service is provided weekly which includes changing bed linen and towels - cleaning can be done more often for a small charge.
• Our local English speaking agent will contact you at the villa and he can arrange tours and help with any medical or emergency needs.
• Villa Kadyanda has a Villa Games Room with table tennis, darts, punch bag, weights and a cross trainer together with a toilet/shower room and bar.
• Villa Latona has table football, darts and a raised cushioned Kosk.
• Both villas are under 2km from Uzumlu centre and are 3km from each other which allows us to accommodate larger parties using both villas.
